Dr. Kelly attended the University of Illinois, received his dental degree from Southern Illinois University School of Dental Medicine, and completed a residency in Prosthodontics at LSU School of Dentistry in New Orleans. After completing his fellowship training at MD Anderson Cancer Center, he started the Maxillofacial Prosthetic program at H. Lee Moffitt Cancer Center in Tampa where he served as Director, Maxillofacial Prosthetics & Dental Oncology. As a Clinical Associate Professor in the Department of Otolaryngology at the University of South Florida College of Medicine, Dr. Kelly worked with cancer and reconstructive surgeons to provide dental implant treatment to head and neck cancer patients.

Dr. Esther Oh attended Duke University and received her Doctor of Dental Surgery from the Virginia Commonwealth University School of Dentistry in Richmond, VA. She completed her Medical Degree at the University of North Carolina – School of Medicine in Chapel Hill, NC, where she also completed a 6 year oral maxillofacial surgery residency. After her fellowship in oral cancer/reconstruction at the Center for Ear, Nose, Throat, and Allergy (CENTA) at St. Vincent Hospital in Indianapolis, IN she began teaching oral maxillofacial surgery residents and dental students as a clinical assistant professor at the University of Florida. She is board certified by the American Board of Oral Maxillofacial Surgery.
